You&• 39;ll will be tasked with the preparation and maintenance of employee records and candidate data, as well as supporting internal training and development initiatives.
Acting as the first point of contact within the People Team, the People and Culture Administrator will ensure that all employees have access to relevant staff resources and are supported throughout the employee lifecycle.

Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for inbound and external people matters, queries and complaints, escalating to the appropriate authorities where required
Proactively deliver department objectives and KPIs
Provide administrative support within the management of internal HRM system
Support Employee lifecycle processes and procedures through the provision of administrative services, including on boarding, inductions, training and development, absence management, PDRs and leaver management
Support all recruitment activities; liaison with authorised agencies, working with recruiting manages to schedule and make arrangements for interviews, and communicating application outcomes
Support internal training and development initiatives; responding to training requests, maintaining training documentation and assisting with the developing of in-house training content
Compiling, verifying and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records
Collation, analysis and effective reporting of Human Resource metrics for inclusion within management reports
Supporting internal and external audit activity through the preparing of documentation
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of department level knowledge base, business level processes and guidance documentation
Provision of administrative support within the deliver of people strategy initiatives, projects and work streams
To produce minutes for team meetings, where required
Contribute to the production and maintenance of department knowledge-base material
Qualifications and Experience:
Educated to GCSE level, inclusive of Maths and English
Qualified/working towards CIPD (level 3), or equivalent experience within people
management
Experience within generalist Human Resources Team Environment (one year +)
Skilled and experienced within the use of IT Software; including GSuite/Microsoft packages and project management tools and/or adaptable and quick to learn new softwarex
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5
